The needs of clients in transactional matters often vary in scope and duration. MHG's experience allows him to assess the long and short term needs of clients and to provide consistency of representation no matter how long or complex the transactions are or become.

As a veteran member of the California State Bar, with a practice primarily based in Northern California, MHG has developed an extensive network of other practictioners. If a client need is outside of his expertise, often MHG can refer the matter to another suitable attorney.
Marc H. Greenberg has been a member of the California State Bar since 1979, and is licensed to practice in all state courts. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court Bar for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California, and for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice specializes in civil matters. He is both a litigator and a transactional attorney, with extensive experience in both areas of practice. He specializes in Copyright, Trademark, Entertainment, Right of Publicity and related areas in Intellectual Property Law.
